THE 7 STAGES OF GROWTH: IF YOU AREN'T GROWING, YOU'RE DYING
Thanks to James Fischer and his study of 650 successful small businesses, there is a roadmap available for growing your company.
Fischer identified 7 unique stages of growth, each with different issues and challenges. His research has helped countless entrepreneurial enterprises understand where they fall within the stages, assess how well they are addressing the known challenges linked to that stage, and most important, anticipate future challenges as they prepare to enter into the next stage of growth.
Join us at this program, where Resource Management of Boston will provide an brief overview of James Fischer's findings, followed by a facilitated discussion of the challenges of growth, and what you can do to face them head on.
